Fees

I invite you to discuss with me any questions and concerns you may have before, during, and after any session. Your ability to participate in therapy with confidence is very important to me.

The follow fees for psychotherapy are provided below:

$ 200.00-60 minute initial intake assessment (1-2 sessions)
$175.00-55 minute counseling session (ongoing psychotherapy)

Additional fees for assessments and materials may be required as well.

Insurance

One Recovery Company does not accept insurance. However, a superbill can be provided upon request. This document can be submitted to your insurance provider. This will include the money that you’ve spent and the relevant coding, along with my provider information. This helps insurance carriers expedite claims and reimburse for out of network providers. One Recovery Company cannot guarantee that your insurance carrier will reimburse you.


Payment Options
Fees are to be paid at the end of each session. One Recovery Company takes Discover, MasterCard, Visa, Amex, and pin debit.

If you have do not attend your scheduled therapy appointment, or do not notify ORC at least 48 hours prior to your session, you will be charged a $75.00 fee with the card you have on file.

Good Faith Estimate

Notice: You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost before you get an item or service. By law, One Recovery Company is required to provide you with a good faith estimate if you request one, or after you have scheduled an item or service. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
